Founded in 2004 by Matthew Williams, Geodesic GraFX began by offering VPS custom hosting solutions for clients in the Pottsville PA area.  At that time, Trax LLC - a powersports chain and "Dealership for Life" - a dealership rewards program, signed on to be the premier clients to have their content hosted on the FarCry content management solution. 

In 2008, Geodesic GraFX moved its location to be headquartered in North Carolina.  This afforded a more technology-rich environment for better growth.
